Anne Clutterbuck was appointed to the Harris Health System Board of Trustees in 2012. On the Board, Anne serves as Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee and represents the Trustees on the system’s Patient Safety Committee. From 2017 until March of 2020 Anne served as Chair of the Board. Anne currently serves on the Board of Community Health Choice, Inc., a Houston based managed care organization licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. She is on the Advisory Board of the Texas Medical Center and is a Commissioner and the Vice Chair of the Texas Holocaust and Genocide Commission. Until 2019, Anne was a Vice President for AECOM, a global infrastructure company. Prior to joining AECOM, Anne was elected to serve on Houston City Council for three terms and also served as Houston’s Mayor Pro Tem, representing the City of Houston on the Houston Galveston Area Council and in other capacities of service. Anne received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She and her husband John have two adult children, Caroline and William. Anne is an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Houston.
