Measuring the value of our Wellness Program is critical to understanding the postive impact our program is having on employees, their families, the organization and the community.  The Wellness Team is dedicated to enhancing the vitality of Harris Health System by focusing on the health and well-being of the our most valuable asset, our people and their families.

Wellness Program Year-End Reports

Comprehensive year-end report detailing the success of the Wellness Program and identifying opportunities for future enhancements. The Wellness program year runs from September 1st through August 31st each year which also aligns with the Premium Rewards Program. 

Quarterly Scorecards

These scorecards show the differences in participation in the Premium Rewards Program across the main Harris Health System entities - ACS, Administration, Ben Taub, Community Health Choice, LBJ Hospital, and Quentin Mease Hospital. The reports align with the Premium Rewards Program on a quarterly basis and includes the ability to filter the data by quarter as well as year-to-date. Please note, you will need to have Tableau Reader to open the scorecard.  Please contact IT if you need Tableau Reader.

Monthly Reports

The monthly reports show a snapshot of participation in Employee Wellness programs for each month and includes all employees and spouses engaged in the wellness program regardless of medical plan participation. The reports also highlights the cumulative participation in the programs over the course of the Premium Rewards Program year.
