Quarterly Scorecards
These scorecards show the differences in participation in the Premium Rewards Program across the main Harris Health System entities - ACS, Administration, Ben Taub, Community Health Choice, LBJ Hospital, and Quentin Mease Hospital. The reports align with the Premium Rewards Program on a quarterly basis and includes the ability to filter the data by quarter as well as year-to-date. Monthly Reports
The monthly reports show a snapshot of participation in Employee Wellness programs for each month and includes all employees and spouses engaged in the wellness program regardless of medical plan participation. The reports also highlights the cumulative participation in the programs over the course of the Premium Rewards Program year.
