Daisy Stiner

Ms. Daisy Stiner is a professional consultant with 25 years of executive management and administrative experience.

She is the former director for the City of Houston’s Housing Department. Ms. Stiner was formerly the head of the State of Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. She also held several other professional positions including positions with Neighborhood Centers, Inc., Harris County Hospital District and University Savings Association.

Ms. Stiner attended Howard University and graduated from Prairie View A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received her Master of Arts from Texas Southern University. Ms. Stiner is a commissioner of the Harris County Sheriff’s Civil Service Commission, board secretary of the 100 Ranchers Association, member of Northeast Houston Baptist Church and a silver star member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
