Administrative Approval Process

eProtocol Management System
Research and Sponsored Programs utilizes eProtocol Management System, a web-based system, for the submission of protocols for administrative review and approval. All new submissions, renewals, amendments and closures are processed electronically through this system.

The eProtocol Management System can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection at https://harrishealth.keyusa.net. To obtain a login and password, click the REGISTER button on the home page. All research personnel included on protocols as an investigator, study coordinator or administrative contact must be registered in the system.
