What is Coast to Coast?
Put on your bell-bottoms, grab your favorite 8-tracks, and pack the Polaroid for this fun-filled, nostalgic journey to some of America's most popular attractions. With this virtual trip, you'll:
- Travel across the US, stopping at exciting vacation spots as you record healthy behaviors
- View postcard-perfect vintage and modern images with awesome descriptions
- Build well-being habits that last long after your epic shore-to-shore adventure is over.
Coast to Coast Details:
Registration: 8/1 - 8/22
Start Date: 8/15
Last Day of Program: 9/25
Last Day to Log: 9/26
All participants who complete
the challenge will receive 50 Wellness Points on www.mycigna.com. To complete the challenge, you must earn 150
points or more within the Coast to Coast Challenge by 9/25/2022.
How does it work?
Each day you'll visit a new attraction, earning points and road signs as you record physical activity, plus acts of kindness and meditation. And you'll answer a fun trivia question, learn why each attraction should be on your places-to-see list, and collect bumper stickers to commemorate your visit.
Who Can Participate?
All Harris Health System employees are eligible
to participate in the Coast to Coast Wellness Challenge. In addition, all
spouses who are enrolled in the medical plan are eligible to participate as
well.
Harris Health is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Incentives for participating in a wellness program are available to all eligible employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for an incentive under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact Crystal Cunningham at 346.302.4248 or via email at HarrisHealth@cigna.com and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.
