SMS Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Harris Health System, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Harris Health, including updates related to your visits, MyHealth patient portal account, one-time passcode for resetting your password, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management. Text messages are not encrypted or secure, and could be read or otherwise accessed by another person or organization. By signing up to receive text messages, you accept this potential risk.​

You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to 50626. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Harris Health, related to that campaign. If you want to join again, sign up using MyHealth communication preferences or text HELP to 50626 for instructions. 

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 713-634-1000. 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared for marketing purposes.
