Harris Health System's Casa de Amigos Health Center offers primary and specialty medical care to adults and children residing in the central and near-north area of Houston.
In addition to providing primary care services, Casa de Amigos Health Center offers adult OB/GYN, ophthalmology and psychiatry care. The center also provides convenient on-site laboratory and pharmacy services combined with nutrition and health education, counseling and other social services to meet each patient’s unique needs.

The easiest way to schedule an appointment is to request one through MyHealth. Or you may call during business hours 713-526-4243 to speak with one of our trained schedulers. Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, and have all of your current medications and proper identification with you.
Traffic alert: Starting Monday, Feb. 19, North Main Street will undergo daily closures from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday for four weeks. This closure will affect flow into Harris Health Casa de Amigos Health Center’s parking lot. The closure will affect Southbound traffic on N. Main St. between Hogan St. and Brooks St. If you are coming to Casa de Amigos Health Center, plan accordingly for traffic delays.
