Employee Solicitation Policy

​Purpose: To establish the guidelines for solicitation as an employee of Harris Health.
  • Solicitation by employees or non-employees is prohibited unless approved by the president/CEO.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the activity.
  • Approved activities include:
    • Harris Health Volunteer Department initiatives.
    • HCHD Foundation fundraising.
    • Blood drives and United Way campaigns.
  • Prohibited: Selling items for school/church fundraisers, raffles, money pools.
  • Enforcement: Violations may lead to corrective action up to termination.
