Important Numbers:
  • Financial Assistance Program Eligibility Call Center: 713-566-6509 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
    Harris Health’s Financial Assistance Program is not insurance, it is payment help for medical services received at our locations. To apply, you will need to provide information about your household income and show proof that you live in Harris County. 

  • Patient Appointment Center: 713-526-4243 (Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
    Once you've secured Financial Assistance through Eligibility, call 713-526-4243 to schedule an appointment at any of our Harris Health locations near your home or work place.

  • Ask My Nurse: 713-634-1110 (24 hours a day, 7 day a week)
    Are you wondering whether you should you go to your doctor's office or the hospital's emergency center? Harris Health's Ask My Nurse service gives you a quick, easy, and free way to decide.
  • Same Day Clinics: 713-218-2697 (open Monday- Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., closed 1-2 p.m.)
    Harris Health’s same day clinics are a good option for getting care for minor illnesses and injuries

  • Log in to your MyHealth​ patient portal
    Through your MyHealth patient portal you have many self-service options to stay connecteed to your health team. For assistance in setting up your account, call 713-634-1661

  • Sign up for text messages from Harris Health: enroll to receive important messages from Harris Health. Text START to 50626​

  • Medication Refill​
    To make sure you always have your medicine, please refill your prescription when you have seven days of medicine left.

  • Harris Health Cares is a community resource finder available to support patients' and their families' whole health with low cost to free resources near you. Examples of available resources include food, housing, transportation, and utility assistance programs.

  • We Ask Because We Care​
    The We Ask Because We Care is Harris Health’s awareness campaign around asking patients more about themselves and their health-related social needs. If you are a Harris Health patient, you will be asked questions such as your preferred language, current living situation, and gender identity.

If you are visiting Harris Health for a doctor’s appointment, please bring your current list of medications and prepare any health questions or concerns you want answered by our staff.
