Reporting Privacy and Information Security Violations
All violations of patient confidentiality, information security or Harris Health privacy practices should be immediately reported to the Harris Health Privacy Officer or the Harris Health Information Security Official. You may report privacy and information security allegations by mail, telephone or email, as described below.
