Non-Discrimination Policy

Purpose: To prohibit employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, protective hairstyle, or other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

Applies to all employment actions: hiring, promotions, compensation, training, termination. 

  • Harassment & Retaliation: Conduct which is severe and pervasive enough to create a hostile, abusive, or offensive working environment is strictly prohibited and includes any adverse action taken against an employee for reporting Discrimination and Harassment or for participating in an investigation regarding Discrimination or Harassment.
  • Complaint Process:
    • Report immediately to Human Resources.
    • Anonymous complaints accepted but may limit investigation.
  • Retaliation:
    • Prohibited for reporting or participating in investigations regarding Discrimination or Harassment.
    • Violations will result in disciplinary action up to termination.
