- Inappropriate Conduct: Unacceptable behavior in the workplace or outside that negatively impacts the workplace. Examples include:
- Verbal abuse, combative, or aggressive behavior.
- Refusal to communicate regarding work-related concerns.
- Use of condescending or disrespectful language or tone.
- Disruptive Behavior: Activities that negatively affect interactions in Harris Health facilities.
- Threatening Or Intimidating Behavior: An expressed or implied threat made that interferes with an individual's physical or emotional well-being or safety and that causes a reasonable fear that harm or an injury is about to occur.
