Smoke-Free, Tobacco-Free & Vape-Free Environment Policy

​Purpose: To provide guidelines for maintaining Harris Health as a smoke-free and vape-free environment.
  • Harris Health is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and vape-free environment for all facilities and premises.
  • This includes all buildings, clinics, parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and common areas.
  • Prohibits of smoking, tobacco use (including smokeless), and vaping in all facilities and vehicles.
  • Workforce members must inform non-compliant visitors/patients and contact security when there are observed violations.
  • Non-compliance may result in corrective action per Policy 6.20.
