Tuition Reimbursement Policy

​Purpose: To allow eligible employees to advance their careers with Harris Health by providing financial assistance for qualifying degree plans and select non-degree or certificate of coursework required for certain positions within Harris Health.
  • Eligibility:
    • Full-time employees
    • Performance rating must meet expectations
    • Reimbursement must be requested within 30 days of course completion.
  • Course Eligibility:
    • Certificates, associate, bachelor, master, doctoral programs
    • Coursework must relate to job role or business need
  • Reimbursement Limits:
    • Up to $4,250/year for undergraduate and $5,250/year for graduate
    • Capped at the IRS annual limit.
  • Grade Requirements:
    • Minimum C for undergraduate
    • B for graduate
  • Documentation:
    • Proof of payment and passing grade required.
