Medication Refills

Patients should always have their medicine and should refill their prescriptions when they have seven days of medicine left.

MyHealth gives patients an easy and convenient way to refill prescriptions using a computer or smartphone for either home delivery or pick up at a Harris Health pharmacy location.

Receive Your Prescriptions at Home
Patients can receive their medicaiton through the mail. Simply visit myhealth.harrishealth.org and select the mail option and start receiving medications at your home at no additional cost.

If you don’t have a MyHealth account, contact the MyHealth Help Desk at 713-634-1661, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Or call the Medication Home Delivery hotline at 713-634-1425.

How to Use MyHealth for Medication Home Delivery

1. Sign into MyHealth. If you do not have a MyHealth account, contact the MyHealth Help Desk at 713-634-1661.
2. Go to “Profile > Personal Information” and confirm all required fields are complete and all information is correct and updated.
3. To request refills, go to “Messaging > Request Rx Refill”.
4. To request home delivery, select “Deliver by mail” and verify the “Ship to” address (highlighted in yellow).
5. Enter the credit card information and submit the request.
6. Wait 3-5 business days for your prescription(s) to arrive.
