There are almost as many ways to give to Harris Health as there are programs in need of your support. Each contribution counts, be it a monetary gift, an in-kind donation, or a gift of your valuable time.
Harris Health is dedicated to improving the health of those most in need in Harris County through quality care delivery, coordination of care, and education. Your gift is joined with others to ensure we continue to improve the health of all residents throughout our community.
However you choose to give to Harris Health, we are grateful for your support.
Employee Disaster Relief FundHarris Health's Employee Disaster Relief Fund provides assistance for employees in trying times, such as after natural disasters, unexpected medical crises or death, house fires and other situations where additional support is needed. Employees can apply for financial assistance to help cover some of the costs from this latest disaster. After Hurricane Harvey, the Employee Disaster Relief Fund provided more than $430,000 to employees to help with flood clean up and home repair. Currently, the funds will aid those who unexpectedly had to repair pipes and remediate flood damage in their houses due to winter storm Uri. Our Harris Health team has stepped up to care for the Houston community in critical ways over the past year, and now we want to show them that we have their back. We hope you will join us!
COVID-19 ResponseHarris Health is confident and prepared in our response to COVID-19. Like many other health systems across the country and in our area, we are focused on maintaining adequate levels of essential personal protection equipment (PPE) and supplies for our front line staff. Many of our staff members are working long hours to help ensure the safety of our community. We want to show our support to these invaluable healthcare providers by supporting them in a variety of ways. This is where you can help!
