As outlined in the 1115 waiver’s Special Terms and Conditions (STCs), Regional Healthcare Partnerships (RHP) have been developed throughout the state to deliver care more effectively and efficiently and provide increased access to care for low-income Texans. Each RHP includes a variety of healthcare providers to adequately respond to the needs of the community, and the process of forming each RHP considered patient flow and geographic proximity. Each Anchor entity for each RHP is required to host a website to encourage stakeholder participation and transparency.
The websites below not only include information about the participating providers, but also detailed information on activities in that region and the related DSRIP projects. Additionally, there are many useful resources across the state and on these websites that help explain and navigate the 1115 Waiver.
