Victoria Nikitin, MBA, CPA, FHFMA

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Victoria Nikitin is executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) at Harris Health System. She joined Harris Health in 2004 and was directly involved with the development of Harris Health’s change strategy which resulted in a 184%-growth from a $775 million to a $2.2 billion enterprise, from 2005 to 2022. This included the multi-year strategic capital program of $370 million for the construction of two outpatient towers, two new clinics and eligibility centers, and the renovation of Harris Health Ben Taub and Harris Health Lyndon B. Johnson hospitals. 

Before assuming her current position in 2022, Nikitin served as vice president and senior vice president of finance, overseeing the portfolio of accounting, financial planning, decision support and data analytics, and government reimbursement. In addition to financial strategy, Nikitin is a key contributor to regional and state-wide health policy development and 1115 Texas Medicaid Waiver priorities.

Nikitin earned a Master of Business Administration from California State University and holds a Texas Certified Public Accountant license. She is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), having served on the Board of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of HFMA for several years.
