Harvey Updates

If you need a prescription refill before next Tuesday and have refills remaining, please phone in your prescription with the number on your prescription bottle and you will be contacted when your prescription is ready for pick up at the Fondren Pharmacy at Smith Clinic, 2525-A Holly Hall, between Thursday, August 31, 2017 and Saturday, September 2, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to obtain the refill.

If you do not have refills remaining, and have enough medication to last until next Tuesday, please phone your prescription into the phone number listed on your prescription bottle and we will contact your doctor. 

Smith Clinic Fondren Pharmacy (temporary site for all emergency prescription refills) and Smith Radiation Oncology will reopen Thursday, Aug. 31, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Infusion Center and Medicine Oncology Clinic and LBJ Medicine Oncology will see patients at Smith Clinic on Friday, Sept. 1, from 8 a.m.-5p.m.

Margo Hilliard Alford Same Day Clinic at Outpatient Center will reopen at 9 a.m., Friday, Sept. 1.

The following Ben Taub Tower Specialty Clinics will reopen Friday, Sept. 1 at their normal times: Opthalmology; Ear, Nose Throat; Obstetrics-Gynecology; and Neurosurgery.

LBJ and Outpatient Center specialty clinics and Ben Taub Orthopedics, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Oral Surgery clinics will resume their normal schedules on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

All Harris Health primary care clinics, will return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Administrative offices at Holly Hall and Kirby locations will reopen Thursday, Aug. 31, at noon.

Quentin Mease Hospital will reopen on Friday, Sept. 1.

All staff who have lost or misplaced their employee badge during the storm, please check in with hospital or administration security before reporting to work.
