The Employee Wellness Program, Healthy@Harris, aims to promote a healthy work environment and healthy lifestyles through health education, health risk screenings, and risk factor reduction projects and services. Our programs are overseen by health professionals with expertise and training in health risk management, adult education and behavior change.

FY23 Wellness Premium Rewards Program
We care about you and believe that healthy habits are critical for your well-being. This program allows you to earn $100 per month in premium rewards for healthy activities and choices. If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program to be eligible for the $100 per month in premium rewards. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month. Premium rewards are effective March 1, 2022.
FY23 Premium Reward Program Requirements
Eligibility: Active Employees on the Harris Health Medical Plan and their covered spouses
Program Timeline: September 1, 2020 and ends August 31, 2021.
Deadline: August 31, 2021
Premium Reward Effective Date: March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023
Follow these steps to be eligible for $100 per month in premium rewards. Premium rewards are effective March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023.
Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online Health Assessment (250 Premium Points)
Step 2: Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Premium Points)
Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional points through programs and activities (1,000 total Premium Points)
If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program by August 31, 2021 to be eligible for the full premium rewards.

For New Employees and Newly Benefited Employees between May 1 - August 31, 2021 (120-Day Group)
Deadline: 120 Days from Your Benefits Eligibility Date
Follow these steps to be eligible for $100 per month in premium rewards. Premium rewards are effective the first paycheck following your 120-day deadline, through the end of February 2023. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.
Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online health assessment (250 Premium Points).
Step 2: Complete an annual physical with Lab Values (250 Premium Points).
Complete BOTH steps for a total of 500 Premium Points by your 120-day deadline to keep your current discounted medical premium rate. If you don't complete the requirements by the deadline, your premiums will increase with the first paycheck following the deadline through February 28, 2023.
If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program by the 120-day deadline to be eligible for the full premium rewards.
