You will earn 20 Wellness Points for either ONE Group Exercise Class or ONE Rec Sports activity per day.

Please complete the Annual Liability Waiver​ if you wish to participate.

If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for incentives under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
