Healthy@Harris Rewards Program 

This year, our program has a new name to celebrate a big change - ALL full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate and receive rewards, even if you don't participate in one of our medical plans!

Employee Wellness offers the Healthy@Harris Rewards Program as a way to make your journey to wellness even more rewarding for you. It's all a part of caring for yourself so you can care for others. Click the "How to Earn Wellness Points" tile above to learn about the program and be eligible for rewards.

FY24 Rewards Program Requirements 

Eligibility: All Active full-time and part-time employees and spouses on the Harris Health medical plan

Rewards:

  • Medical plan participants will earn a $100 per month discount on the cost of their medical premiums effective March 1, 2023. If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program to be eligible for the $100 per month in premium rewards. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.
  • If you’re not enrolled on our medical plans, and you’re a full-time or part-time employee, you earn a $25 Amazon eGift Card!

Program Timeline: September 1, 2021 and ends August 31, 2022.

Deadline: August 31, 2022

Premium Reward Effective Date: March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024


Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online Health Assessment (250 Wellness Points)

Step 2: Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)

Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional  Wellness Points through programs and activities (1,000 total points)

For New Employees and Newly Benefited Employees between
May 1 - August 31, 2021 (120-Day Group)


Deadline: 120 Days from Your Benefits Eligibility Date

Follow these steps to be eligible for $100 per month in premium rewards. Premium rewards are effective the first paycheck following your 120-day deadline, through the end of February 2023. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.

Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online health assessment (250 Premium Points).

Step 2: Complete an annual physical with Lab Values (250 Premium Points).

Complete BOTH steps for a total of 500 Premium Points by your 120-day deadline to keep your current discounted medical premium rate. If you don't complete the requirements by the deadline, your premiums will increase with the first paycheck following the deadline through February 28, 2023.

If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program by the 120-day deadline to be eligible for the full premium rewards.

If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for an incentive under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
