Healthy@Harris Rewards Program Requirements (2024 - 2025)
Program Timeline: March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Eligibility: All active employees and spouses on the Harris Health medical plan
Deadline: February 28, 2025

Medical plan participants will earn a $100 per month discount on the cost of their medical premiums effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program to be eligible for the $100 per month in premium rewards. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.

If you are an active employee and not enrolled in a Harris Health medical plan, you earn a $25 Amazon eGift Card!
Requirements:
Step 1: Complete an annual physical with lab values (250 Wellness Points)
Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional wellness points through other Employee Wellness activities (1,000 Wellness Points in total)

Please note: New hires and newly benefited employees from December 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025, do not need to meet the February 28, 2025 deadline. Instead, they will begin at the start of the new program year on March 1, 2025.
e-Gift Cards
To be eligible for an Amazon e-gift card for the Healthy@Harris Rewards Program (March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025), you must:
1. Complete an annual physical with lab values (250 wellness points)
2. Complete the health assessment in www.MyCigna.com (250 wellness points)
3. Earn an individual total of at least 2,000 wellness points.
Gift cards are distributed at the end of each month in line with the pay period. All requirements must be listed as completed in your MyCigna account at the time of distribution to be eligible for that month's distribution. Once you become eligible for an e-gift card, you will receive an email from Employee Wellness. The e-gift card(s) are sent from no-reply@hawkmarketplace.com.
The gift card levels are:
- Silver ($25 Amazon e-gift card) - Complete your annual physical, health assessment and earn a total of at least 2,000 wellness points.
- Gold ($50 Amazon e-gift card) - Complete your annual physical, health assessment and earn a total of at least 3,000 wellness points.
- Platinum ($100 Amazon e-gift card) - Complete your annual physical, health assessment and earn a total of at least 4,000 wellness points.
*All gift cards are taxed for Harris Health employees.
