Livongo Weight Management Program
Your health and the health of your family is important to Harris Health. With that in mind, the Weight Management program by Livongo is now being offered at no cost to you so you can live your healthiest life and feel your best.
The program is offered at no cost to:
- Active employees who are enrolled in a Harris Health medical plan and meet the program eligibility criteria
- Spouses who are enrolled in a Harris Health medical plan and meet the program eligibility criteria
- Retirees under the age of 65 who are enrolled in a Harris Health medical plan and meet the program eligibility criteria
Please submit an updated wellness screening form to Cigna to determine your eligibility for the program.

Registration Information
Earn Wellness Points
- Earn 50 Wellness Points per lesson completed.
- Earn 50 Wellness Points per month when you use your smart scale to check your weight at least 4 days.

The Employee Wellness Team offers body composition scans using our new InBody Composition Analyzer.
Measurements Include:
- Weight
- Total Body Water
- Body Fat Mass
- Lean Muscle Mass
- Body Fat Percentage
and more! The scan takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and a team member will review the results with you and help you navigate a path forward.

We do this by adjusting our mindset, understanding nutrition and engaging in physical activity. Over the next 10 classes we will explore different topics and work toward achieving a healthy body!
