The Employee Wellness Team offers body composition scans using our new InBody Composition Analyzer.
Measurements Include:

- Total Body Water
- Body Fat Mass
- Lean Muscle Mass

and more! The scan takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and a team member will review the results with you and help you navigate a path forward.

This program was designed to provide a holistic approach to weight management in order to achieve your healthy body. We do this by adjusting our mindset, understanding nutrition and engaging in physical activity. Over the next 10 classes we will explore different topics and work toward achieving a healthy body!
