professional counseling, telephonic support and online resources. As a Harris Health employee, you and your family have access to licensed professional counselors, work-life specialists, and legal and financial experts. Seeking help is an investment in your well-being.

Access your EAP three different ways— toll-free number, online member portal and the mobile app.
How to Create Your Member Account:
- Visit hhseap.mylifeexpert.com
- At the top right of that page, click “Select Portal & App” and select “Member Portal & App.”
- You will be directed to the Log In page. At the top right, you will find a box that says “Create a new account with your company code.” Click on the “Sign Up” button.
- You will be directed to a new page where you can enter our company code (hhsEAP). Once you enter the code, you will be directed to enter your email address and username.
If you have trouble logging in, click on the orange "Login Help" button on the new member portal login page for assistance.
