Employee Assistance Program


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

FEI has joined forces with AllOne Health, and as a result your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now provides greater access and expanded services:

Access your EAP three different ways—from our toll-free number, our new online member portal and the mobile app.
Three additional services: Medical Advocacy, Life Coaching and Personal Assistant.
To access your new member portal, you will need to create a new account. Here’s how:
1. Please visit
2. At the top right of that page, please click “Select Portal & App” to access the pull-down menu. Please select “Member Portal & App.”
3. You will be directed to the Log In page. At the top right, you will find a box that says “Create a new account with your company code.” Please click on the “Sign Up” button.
4. You will be directed to a new page where you can enter our company code (hhsEAP). Once you enter the code, you will be directed to enter your email address and username.
If you have trouble logging in, click on the orange "Login Help" button on the new member portal login page for assistance.

Remember to take care of yourself as you care for patients. The Employee Assistance Program can help you manage these challenging times.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers professional counseling, telephonic support and online resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all at no cost to you.

You and your eligible family members are entitled to up to 3 confidential, in-person EAP counseling sessions per incident.

Cigna Behavioral Health
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with a behavioral health condition, it can be hard to know where to turn for help. Cigna Total Behavioral Health is here for you. This comprehensive program provides dedicated support, lifestyle coaching and educational tools. This program is available for medical plan participants.

  • Ginger Behavioral Health Over the last year, we understand there has been an increased need for mental health support. That’s why we are adding Ginger’s behavioral health coaching services to our behavioral health provider network.
  • Talkspace - Convenient, safe, and secure online therapy from the palm of your hand. Click here for more information!  
  • Happify - Happify, a free app with science-based games and activities that are designed to help you: Defeat negative thoughts, Gain confidence, Reduce stress and anxiety, Increase mindfulness and emotional well-being and Boost health and performance. you must be enrolled in the employee medical plan to be eligible for this program.
