Employee Wellness Workshops

Th50premiumpoints.pnge Healthy@Harris Employee Wellness Team offers a variety of Wellness Workshops covering topics like motivation, grit, staying active, meditation and more! Wellness Workshops are worth 50 points per workshop and are designed to be stand alone presentations.

 

We offer Wellness Workshops via several media of instruction, including live online, live in-person, and previously recorded via eLearning. Utilize whichever medium best suits your learning needs, but please remember we can only award 50 points for ONE Wellness Workshop per day.
