Employees and spouses can earn Premium Points any time by completing recorded wellness classes, workshops, healthy knowledge seminars and group exercise classes! These activities are available to employees through Saba LMS and to spouses through Surveymonkey. Please view the resources section below for more information.
Employee Wellness can only award Premium Points for
one Wellness Class,
one Wellness Workshop, one Healthy Knowledge Seminar and
one Group Exercise Class or Recreational Sports Game per day.
