Take a deep breath… and let’s unwind together! Join our 28-day Stress Wellness Challenge designed to help you slow down, recharge, and build healthy habits for managing stress.

Your mission: track your participation for 21 days, and say “Yes” to completing at least 5 minutes of a stress-reducing activity—like stretching, deep breathing, or a quick walk—on 14 of those days.

Complete the challenge and earn 50 Wellness Points in the Online Wellness Challenge category of the Healthy@Harris Rewards Program. It’s a simple way to feel better, one mindful moment at a time!
