2026 Field Day Event and Registration
Join your Healthy@Harris employee wellness team for Field Day! Field Day celebrates the importance of health, work-life balance, and family engagement through fun games, wellness activities, and the team tournament, while the kids can enjoy the kids zone!
We encourage employees to bring their spouses, partners, children, and loved ones for a day dedicated to fun, fitness, and community. Whether you're competing in the tournament, cheering on your team or enjoying the individual games, everyone who attends Field Day will be awarded 100 wellness points!

Field Day
Saturday, October 3, 2026
8:30 a.m. - noon.
Quillian Memorial Center 10570 Westpark Dr, Houston TX 77042!
Schedule:
- 8:30 a.m. Check-in, individual activities, kids' activities start
- 9:00 a.m. Team tournament starts
- 11:30 a.m. Team tournament ends
- 12:00 p.m. Awards
Field Day Team Competition Details:
The Field Day Team Competition will begin at 9 a.m., and teams need to check in at 8:30 a.m.
Event:
Team Check-in: 8:30 – 8:45 a.m. (Field Day participants will receive a wristband upon check-in. Only participants with wristbands will be allowed to compete).
Team Competition Time: 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Games:
- Dodgeball
- Tug of War
- Flying Fish
- Viking Chess
- Kickball
- Speed Jenga
Prizes:
The team with the highest total score from all games will earn 100 wellness points and have their team's name engraved on our Field Day Cup! The second and third place teams will earn 50 wellness points.
Requirements:
We are accepting a maximum of 20 teams for the Field Day Team Competition that meet the requirements below. Teams will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Team Registration Deadline: Friday, September 11, 2026
- 10 to 15 members per team, all 18 years of age and older
- At least 5 females
- At least 5 Harris Health employees
What to Wear:
Comfortable athletic clothes and shoes. Team shirts will not be provided. You can coordinate with your team on what to wear – be creative! Some ideas are: matching bandanas, headbands, wristbands, brightly-colored socks, ribbons, temporary tattoos, face paint, etc.
Team Registration:
To register your team, please complete the Field Day Team Roster Form and submit it to Field Day Team Registration. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
All team members are REQUIRED to Register for Field Day by September 11, 2026.
