The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) – Help for Moms and Kids
WIC gives healthy food and support to:
- Pregnant women
- Moms with babies
- Kids under age five (5) (even if parents don’t qualify)
What you get:
- A shopping card for baby food, fruits, milk and more
- Help with breastfeeding
- Recipes and cooking tips
Use the myWIC app to shop. Ask caregivers at your health center/clinic for the WIC QR code to apply.
SNAP – Food Stamps
SNAP gives you money each month to buy food like:

Who Can Get SNAP?
