At Harris Health , the Pharmacy Department plays a key role in the healthcare of Harris County residents. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are important members of a patient's healthcare team, working closely with patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal medication management.
Only prescriptions written by a Harris Health physician may be filled at any of the system's pharmacy locations. Depending on your insurance carrier or Harris Health plan, there may be a small co-pay.
You can re-order certain prescription medications by calling your pharmacy's
refill line. Patients can also sign up for convenient
Medication Home Delivery.
